Marketing Manager

The Faculty's Marketing Manager chairs the monthly Marketing Working Party meeting, represents the Faculty at central forums and provides leadership for the Faculty's marketing activity including that required by University Marketing. She also represents the Faculty's strategic interests at local and international marketing events.

Marketing Working Party

The Working Party is made up of representatives of each School to co-ordinate the Faculty's marketing efforts. A major benefit is the cost efficiency brought by a combined approach to our marketing.

Overview, membership, agenda and meeting deadlines and minutes are available.

Publications

To ensure consistency in presentation and compliance with policy, all publications are signed-off by the document author, the Head of the Area and the Pro Vice-Chancellor. A tracking form for this purpose must be stapled to the document and approvals indicated prior to printing.

Where there is an International market, sign-off is in consultation with the Director, International Liaison. Publications include all those with a Faculty perspective and those prepared annually for use in recruitment campaigns and other major events.

Customer Service Recognition Program

The Faculty values and recognises high quality service by staff to students, colleagues, partners, other parts of the University and the general community. Each Area nominates a staff member to receive a quarterly award, and an annual award is made to one person whose service delivery is consistently high. Other strategies, such as an email trailer and prominently placed posters, invite comment on service.
