The Boardroom can seat 30 people and offers an overhead projector, screen, whiteboard, hot water urn, cups and saucers and a conference telephone. Facilities for Powerpoint projection may be available on request. The Boardroom is available between 8.30 am - 4.55 pm only (security for the EDO may otherwise be compromised). There is a booking form that must be completed by the prospective meeting host. Bookings are made through the Executive Assistant.

The Faculty has two display stands (in-stand) available for use. One is approximately two metres high and two metres long, curved, with two halogen lights. Staff are requested to attend a familiarisation session before borrowing the stand to learn the various techniques in its care. Schools are invited to consider designing a panel to replace the generic list of areas on the stand if they think this would be useful. A smaller stand is also available.
