The impact of mindfulness on overall wellbeing, the relaxation response and executive functioning is evident in a wide range of areas. Results of research studies, including measured and experienced benefits of mindfulness, are gaining increased public interest. How can mindfulness be applied, cultivated and embedded in a tertiary environment?

The audience will have the opportunity to brainstorm ideas about integrating mindfulness in their daily work or studies here at Curtin and beyond.
