PhD Workshops

How to Succeed in Your PhD or Masters

These are informal, practical sessions based on 35 years of experience in supervising and marking research theses. The sessions are for students who are undertaking postgraduate degrees by project or theses. No enrolment, just come along to the Room (222) Building 400 on March 3 at 12.00. The topics are an integrated whole and it may not be as useful to just attend one session. The exact content of the sessions is flexible and will be adjusted to meet the needs of the students who attend. These are the main topics to be discussed, but each week we will discuss examples of thesis writing and statistics.

When: Workshops are held every Monday at 12:00
Where: Building 400, room 222
Featuring: Professor Colin Binns
