AASQA takes out INCITE Award

The WAITTA/Incite Gala Presentation Awards is an annual event which recognises excellence in Information Communication Technology (ICT) achievements in Western Australia.

The Autism Academy for Software Quality Assurance (AASQA) was nominated as one of the five finalists this year in the Most Impactful Social Benefit Category. The judging process included presenting to a panel of judges, who then decided on the winner.

The AASQA won the Most Impactful Social Benefit Category at the INCITE Awards.

The gala event took place at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom on the 24 June 2016. The AASQA team was very proud to be announced the winner of the Most Impactful Social Benefit Category at the gala. We dedicate this win to the autism community, our volunteers and the businesses that embrace the value of employing individuals on the autism spectrum in the IT industry. The win qualifies the AASQA to represent Western Australia at the national iAwards gala presentation, which will take place on 1 September 2016.

The AASQA was officially launched in April 2016.
