Record crowds at Open Day

Almost 27,000 people attended Curtin University’s biggest recruitment event of the year, Open Day, which was held on Sunday 6 August. The Faculty of Health Sciences’ course information area was packed with prospective students throughout the day, and the lectures and presentations at our schools were very well attended.

As well as learning all about the educational opportunities on offer at Curtin, the record-breaking crowd enjoyed live music, delicious food, performance art, activities, cuddly animals and more! The team from How Ridiculous, which includes a Physiotherapy alumnus, were a big drawcard.

We had many volunteers contribute their time in the lead up to Open Day, and on the day itself. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this event such a fantastic success.
