Medicine information evening a hit

On Wednesday 26 April, 318 people attended the Bentley campus to learn more about Curtin’s Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the medicine information evening. A further 95 people logged into a webinar, which live-streamed the presentation.

Due to the demand for the event, the on-campus attendees had to be seated in three different venues on the Bentley campus and the presentation was streamed to screens in the Lance Twomey Lecture Theatre and Wesfarmers Court.

With the help of CITS, who managed all of the event’s audio-visual requirements, the technically-complex evening went off without a hitch.

Attendees were very engaged with the presentation, and stayed to ask questions. There was lots of positive feedback from attendees about the event.
